Wow, what a great 8 days, too much goodness, philanthropy, friendship, etc. to address in detail or individually, but some very inspirational experiences at Moving Day Chicago where I had the privilege of Speaking to 2,000 + about my unusual action oriented approach to Parkinsons, the Chicago Marathon, which I walked a large portion of, by design and also connected with more #teamfox family and Sues Tips for Parkinsons where I was able to bartend and briefly reconnect with old Team Fox friends, just an inspiring group of people.

I walked for 30 miles, 11 hours, in the pouring rain on Saturday, which was a great test for my shoes/feet, which proved worthy to the task.  I also took a boxing class from a new gym in Evanston, and the intensity of the cardio was amazing.

We set the sendoff party to be in Wilmette, on November 17th, click here for more information.

I had the honor of speaking at Moving Day and walking 2 miles with a great community.

It was a uplifting experience run/walking the Chicago marathon last Sunday and I was honored to do so with old and new Team Fox participants and for my partial running mate last year, Chris Tracy.

I took a boxing class at a great new gym  called Title Boxing Club in Evanston, Paige and team did an amazing job.

While I can run/walk 40 miles no problem, I found the cardio to be incredibly challenging and fun, I was knackered after the class, which was exactly what I needed.  I recommend you check this gym out, great energy and workout!  Click here for more info.
