Quite rare for me to see both the sunset and sunrise in succession, especially when they are so similar.
I’m off today, to join Sue Thompson’s Team: 500 Miles More for Parkinson’s Research in 2017 for the Toronto Marathon.
I had the pleasure of meeting Sue earlier this year when I was in Toronto for business.
I had been talking with Harry McMurty about his (And Sue’s) experiences during their 500 mile walk from NY to Toronto and Harry introduced me to Sue.
Sue explained to me her project and that she needed runners to equal 500 miles during the Toronto Marathon and 5k and I agreed to come back to Toronto to help her and the team out.
I am excited to take on the marathon tomorrow and meet the rest of the team, just two weeks after Chicago, weather looks good!
